Delivery Information

At Jackson Drawings, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Processing Time: Orders for products are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

  • Shipping Method: All products are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or equivalent), ensuring your purchase is insured and traceable.

  • Delivery Timelines: Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2-4 working days.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Emma Jackson’s artwork.

  • Return Window: In accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

  • How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at jacksondrawings@yahoo.com with your order number.

  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received. The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
